I worked with CNC's marketing department to strategize a new site architecture that prioritizes their three target audiences: prospective adjusters, current adjusters, and claimholders.
CNC's old website was difficult to update. One of our priorities in creating the new website was to make content—including blog posts, classes, and job listings—easy to manage. Upon launching their new website, I trained CNC staff on how to maintain their website with Webflow CMS.
